This documentary, The Telling Tide, was created entirely by me, to showcase the Louisiana Sea Grant Coastal Change Oral Histories project that I managed in four high schools along the Louisiana Coast. For this project I instructed students in the best practices of interviewing, on the topics of sea level rise, climate change, coastal erosion, and subsidence. The film is meant to show the beauty of Louisiana and the cultural, natural, and economic wealth the entire country stands to lose if we do nothing to stop Louisiana land loss.
Most of the interview footage was filmed by high school students and then edited together, with background footage and supplemental interviews, by me.
The film has now won two awards and was shown in three film festivals internationally.
I was the Assistant Producer on this 50th Anniversary film, touting the accomplishments of the National Sea Grant College Program.
This was a commissioned promotional video for a company that insures small banks against incidentals.
This is a short promo video I created while working at Max Fitness in Baton Rouge.
This is one of my original intros for the National Sea Grant film that has now won a minor national award. Just another look at differing musical choices and clips. The voiceover is my boss, before I convinced him to hire narrators.
